A critically important aspect of one's social network is their living environment.
Myrtle Beach House fills the gap between inpatient care and unsupervised, unsupported home life. Our residential home provides a supportive environment for those in the recovery process, allowing them to develop healthy habits that can allow them to stay sober in the years to come. We seek to be a holistic home, not a brick and mortar house.
No matter a person’s age, legal status, recovery challenges or personal history, people who participate in sober living are just regular people. Regular people who ended up with a substance use disorder that just takes more time and attention to continue healing. Most choose to be in sober living, and most are at a point in their life when they are focused on creating a positive future for themselves and their families.
The Myrtle Beach House, cultivating a holistic community.
We seek to promote the value of each resident in our communal recovery and emphasize authenticity, commitment, honesty, and camaraderie.
We value giving back to the larger community through volunteering and embracing the beauty and opportunity that Santa Cruz provides!
We see sobriety as a journey best traveled with an honest support community and seek to be that for one another
We promote physical, social, spiritual, and personal health as essential to our sobriety.
We see the value and seek to enjoy our sobriety fully!
We value true inclusivity across the spectrum of social, economic, situational and faith affiliations.
